Bernard is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in shaping and growing information services businesses. Previously, as Managing Director of Glenigan, Bernard doubled the company’s size, transforming it into the UK’s leading provider of construction project tracking data. Under his leadership, Glenigan secured key sector partnerships, expanded data sources, and enhanced its subscription and consultancy services—all driven by a strong focus on client care, retention, and sustainable growth.

He joins DC Byte from WGSN, a global consumer trend forecasting firm, where he spearheaded global commercial strategy and operations across six service lines.

Lucy embarked on her professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she gained valuable experience in audit and deals, achieving her qualification as an ACA. Subsequently, she ventured into the realm of Private Equity-backed technology enterprises, consistently contributing her expertise. Currently, Lucy serves as the Finance Director at DC Byte, assuming a pivotal position in steering financial growth and shaping strategic initiatives.

Lucy is an esteemed member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. Additionally, she holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from Durham University, equipping her with a diverse skill set and a unique perspective in her field.

Siddharth is a seasoned researcher and strategic advisor with deep expertise in market intelligence, industry analysis, and strategic advisory. He leads DC Byte’s research function, providing clients with accurate, timely, and forward-looking insights into the digital infrastructure sector.

With a background in market research, strategic consulting, and data-led advisory, Siddharth has built and scaled research teams that deliver trusted intelligence to clients spanning multiple industries. He has developed thought leadership assets, authored industry reports, conducted primary and secondary research, and advised clients on their digital transformation journey across emerging and established markets.

Siddharth holds 3 academic degrees – Bachelors in Chemical Engineering, Masters in Business Administration (MBA), and Masters in Sustainable Development focused on Environment and Climate Change. Prior to DC Byte, Siddharth developed digital strategies at Citibank’s institutional banking division and led the Digital Services research at Everest Group.

Radmila Blazheska is a B2B marketing leader with a strong track record of driving growth across Business Information, SaaS, and Cyber Security. Specialising in impactful branding, demand generation, and go-to-market strategies, she helps businesses scale globally and establish market leadership.

A prominent keynote speaker, Radmila is frequently cited and published for her expertise in Marketing Transformation, AI, and Growth Revenue. She holds a Master’s in International Marketing from the University of London and is an esteemed member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM).

Her career highlights include leading marketing transformations at Softomotive through its acquisition by Microsoft, delivering six-fold ARR growth at SecurityHQ, and significant roles as Global Head of Marketing and Communications at GlobalData and Informa. As a Fractional CMO, she has successfully guided scale-up companies in expanding into new markets and optimising revenue.

Colby is an experienced data centre professional with extensive technical expertise and a profound understanding of the evolving technologies and trends that are shaping the data centre landscape in the Americas.

Prior to joining DC Byte, Colby held a key position in QTS Data Centers, a prominent provider in the industry. As the head of the channel organization, he collaborated with real estate consultancy firms, hyperscale companies, Fortune 1000 organizations, and the Federal Government. His role involved keeping them informed about the latest developments in the region to ensure the successful deployment of critical IT assets.

When he’s not driving progress and fostering growth in the data centre sector, Colby enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. Occasionally, you might spot him on the golf course, unwinding and indulging in his favorite sport.

James Murphy

James has been involved in APAC’s data centre industry for nearly a decade; having run Data Centre World (DCW) in Singapore as well as launching DCW Hong Kong, considered to be one of North Asia’s most influential data centre platforms.

Prior to joining the DC Byte team, he was the Sales Director at SpaceDC working with several global hyperscalers to develop solutions across the APAC region.

James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and economics from Trinity College Dublin, a master’s degree in management consultancy from University College Dublin; and an additional master’s degree in Asian business, awarded by University College Cork in conjunction with Nanyang Technological University.

An industry veteran, Scott has spent much of his career in data centres, providing market leading consultation, solutions, products and services. A successful sales professional with over 17 years experience in the industry.

At DC Byte, Scott is responsible for driving all sales activity in the EMEA region and is based in our London HQ. Prior to joining DC Byte, Scott has worked for Uptime Institute, Arrow ECS and Emerson Network power (now Vertiv) in various roles taking him to data centres all across Europe.

When he’s not working, the husband and father of 4 will most likely be found walking the family dogs, or training for his next marathon or Ironman triathlon.

Henriette Rice

Head of People

As Head of People, Henriette is responsible for DC Byte’s talent strategy and people operations, aligning people and culture initiatives with business growth. Previously, she worked for DC Byte as a consultant on a fractional basis, while supporting other high-growth start-ups in London, Europe and the US in building out their People Operations foundations.

Henriette’s career began in communications, working for various London-based PR consultancies, before transitioning into a people-focused role at PayFit. She holds an MSc in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.

With a strong foundation in psychology, communications, and HR leadership, she brings a holistic, people-centric approach to building thriving workplace cultures.
